We work with over 400 producers, including a dedicated women’s cooperative, to ensure the value we create reaches every part of our supply chain.

Our producers aren’t just suppliers—they are partners.

We provide technical support, fair prices—up to three times market—and safe, dignified work.

We build long-term ties that raise quality of life and resilience.

This approach strengthens the autonomy of more than 2,000 farming families and honours traditional know-how passed down through generations.

Our Supply Chain Philosophy

By processing cacao and coffee locally, we create added value in Benin and boost the local economy through direct and indirect jobs.

We also help share the country’s cultural heritage by bringing our rich terroirs and authentic products to the world.

Our fully integrated bean-to-bar and bean-to-cup model allows us to control every step—from the cacao bean and coffee bean to the final product.

We carefully select our beans, work directly with producers, and manage the entire process in-house.

By cutting out middlemen, we pay better prices to our cacao and coffee producers and deliver high-quality, authentic products to customers—sharing the country’s cultural heritage and rich terroirs with the world.

Enduring environmental impact

Our cacao and coffee are grown without pesticides, with respect for soils and biodiversity.

Through our partnerships and actions, many plantations now follow sustainable practices, such as agroforestry, to protect ecosystems and help fight climate change.
